Club News

We visited Lake Titicaca, Mount Illimani and the Uyani salt flats with John Nathan last Wednesday. It really was ‘The Roof of South America’ as his talk was titled. He took us to Rio Janeiro on the way describing the city as a mixture of upmarket housing and overlooked by several shanty towns. An excellent evening with some good images of an area that many of us may never visit.

Our next meeting

This week, 24th April, is a Members’ evening starting with a talk about his printing paper options by Mark White of 2020 Photographic in Farnborough, who regularly prints the work of our members for print competitions. After that, 2 of our members will be sharing their images of aspects of Kent and War Photography from 1850 to 1915. It promises to be an excellent evening with 2 of our best photographers.
